SHIPPING POLICY
We always want to make sure your packages get to you in a timely manner! Once you place your order, your package will be ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Your shipping and handling cost is based on the weight of your package. Once we mail your package, you will be given a tracking number sent to the email address you provided. We currently charge $5.00 - $15.00 for domestic packages. Packages weighing over 30 pounds will be shipped with USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate, costing $22.00.
RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction matters! If your order arrives damaged, you ordered an item by mistake, or you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at frenchcreekteaco@gmail.com. We want to make it right. Because tea is considered a food product, we cannot accept returns; but, we will send you an undamaged item or give you store credit. If you have any problems with your order, please give us a call!
